Chicago, IL
There is something distinctly American about bluegrass music. It screams backroads and dust in your lungs. Henhouse Prowlers, though, aren’t your typical bluegrass band. Their ability has taken them not just to the American halls and barns you’d normally associate with a well-travelled bluegrass quartet, but also all over the world. Their cover of Nigerian dance/R&B duo P-Square’s “Chop My Money” helped draw crowds all over their West African tour in 2013, and earlier this year Henhouse Prowlers toured extensively through Europe.

This is an internationally beloved group. The songs from their most recent album, 2015’s “Still On That Ride,” have made feet tap all over the world. But like most bluegrass acts, Henhouse Prowlers are best experienced live, with the sun in your eyes. At 80/35, get a chance to see what the world is buzzing about in the perfect setting.
